1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Gridisco, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The Service

Gridisco is a puzzle game offering daily puzzles, a gauntlet mode, achievements, and an in-app token system. Features may change at any time.

3. Accounts

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• Usernames must not be offensive, impersonating, or deceptive.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. In-App Tokens

• Tokens are in-game currency with no real-world monetary value.
• Tokens may be earned through daily logins or other in-game activities.
• Tokens are non-transferable and expire upon account deletion.
• We reserve the right to modify the token system at any time.

5. Leaderboards & User Content

By participating in leaderboards, you agree that your username and score may be displayed publicly. Do not use offensive usernames.

6. Intellectual Property

All game content, graphics, and code are the property of Chris Engelsma. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of Gridisco without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Gridisco is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chris Engelsma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Gridisco.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
