Request account and data deletion  ·  Gridisco

You can request deletion of your Gridisco account and associated personal data at any time. We process requests within 30 days.

How to request deletion

Email us from the address linked to your Gridisco account:

Or send an email to [email protected] with subject line Gridisco account deletion request and include:

• The email address you use to sign in to Gridisco
• Your Gridisco username (if you have one)
• Confirmation that you want your account permanently deleted

What we delete

When your request is processed, we delete your account and associated data, including:

• Firebase authentication account
• Profile information (email, display name, username)
• Gameplay statistics (daily results, medals, streaks, gauntlet and mode scores)
• Leaderboard entries tied to your account
• In-app token balance and token activity
• Achievement progress linked to your account

What may be retained

• Data we are required to keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes (if any), only for as long as required by law
• Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you
• Advertising data collected by Google AdMob on your device is governed by Google's privacy policy; reset or limit this in your device and Google ad settings

Before you delete

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Any unused in-app tokens will be lost
• You can create a new account later, but previous progress will not be restored
